1. Policy Statement
A360 Group Ltd is committed to conducting its business ethically, with integrity, and in compliance with all applicable laws relating to human rights and modern slavery. We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, business partners, and any third parties working with or on behalf of A360 Group Ltd.
3. Our Commitments
To respect and support internationally recognised human rights as set out in the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
To uphold the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (if applicable), and any other national or regional anti-slavery legislation relevant to our operations.
To ensure transparency in our supply chains and promote ethical sourcing.
To provide a safe, respectful, and fair working environment for all staff.
4. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
We carry out due diligence to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human rights abuses, including:
Supplier assessments and audits where necessary.
Vetting of recruitment and labour agencies.
Regular review of our supply chain based on risk level, location, and industry.
5. Supplier Expectations
All suppliers and contractors are required to:
Comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human rights laws.
Provide evidence of compliance upon request.
Notify A360 Group Ltd of any suspected violations or concerns.
Ensure that all employees and subcontractors are paid fairly and work voluntarily.
6. Training and Awareness
We provide training and resources to relevant staff to help them identify risks of modern slavery and human rights violations and understand the necessary steps to prevent and report them.
7. Reporting and Whistleblowing
We encourage all employees, suppliers, and partners to report any concerns about unethical behaviour or suspected slavery/human rights abuses through our confidential reporting channels. No person will suffer any detriment or retaliation for making a report in good faith.
8. Enforcement and Disciplinary Action
A360 Group Ltd reserves the right to terminate relationships with any individual or organisation working on our behalf who is found to be in breach of this policy. Breaches by employees may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
9. Monitoring and Review
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement. Reviews will consider emerging risks, legislative changes, and operational needs.
