Box is 12" x 3 1/4" approximately. Worn Edges and torn, Original label still present on lid.
The numbers are 1 1/8" tall. White background, red numbers and letters.

A great original set of plastic outlet pricing numbers, use for grocery, meat, drug and liquor stores.
c1940s, this original box is worn and shabby but still together except for one side that is almost coming off.
Inside are ten little cardboard, black papered compartments that are individual holders.
I do not count to see what how many figures are left,
at least 80 zeros and had not finished. I believe there is about 500 numbers.
These are one sided.

About the same with 1s, then 2s a little less and so on, maybe only 20 4s.

The 6s and 9s are in the same slot and you just turn them over for the number you want to use.
There are about 10 or so that have the word 'for' printed on them.

This is going to be wanted for signage collecting, scrapbooking.
A vintage store that wants original, vintage products and accessories for decor.
Or anyone wanting to use for a project or game.

Some of the letters have yellowed more than others,
And as pointed out, box is worn and torn.
