All our items are handcrafted to order - Please click on the Shipping & Policies tab to view our make time for this item. Any requests to send out sooner than the stated time-frame must be approved by us BEFORE you place your order. Please allow for delivery time. UK delivery time is usually 1-2 working days. International orders usually have a 5-10 working day delivery time frame, but can on occasions take longer depending on location, customs clearance etc. This is not in our control. Orders will be sent via a signature service and we will forward tracking the day after dispatch. If you need your order for a specific date please ensure you order allowing enough time.

OUR PROCESS

We're passionate about crafting! All our items are handmade and expertly handcut - with the ability to cut small lettering from 5 millimetres to large feature wall pieces covering a span of a couple of metres.

From the moment we receive your order we begin the process of creating your digital artwork ensuring all personalised items have names that perfectly fit the space. We ensure that short names are widened appropriately so it outlet is pleasing to the eye. Once printed, we attach and begin the cutting process. The material used for most lettering is MDF which is a solid versatile flawless composite material that has many applications.

We also use premium grain solid wood, acrylic and other mediums. Once cut, the lettering is sanded for a perfect, flawless finish. The next step is the colour application. We use premium metallic and acrylic shades which provide a rich luxurious finish which emulate the look of metal. We're proud and humbled at the support and prayers we have received through the years and feel truly blessed that our work has reached every corner of the globe - Alhumdulillah. Our work is in the homes of thousands including royalty, politicians, sports personalities, respected sheikhs, and adorned in mosques, and thousands of clients around the world - All praise is due to Allah SWT.
