You like my style, but you are not finding the design you need?
I offer to do custom designs in the style and detail level that you see in my shop.

I offer two kinds of custom designs - one that is called “private custom design” – this is just for you personally, and one that is called “custom design” – that is created from your request, but that also can be sold in my shop. (Naturally I will never share any personal information like dates, names etc.)

The item you are currently looking at is “private custom design”. This design will be designed for your eyes only.


How does it work?
When you purchase this item, you will be asked to write a personalization request. Please be as detailed as possible with the request. Include pictures if possible. If I have follow-up questions, I will message you. Please also include your email address, so that I have an address to send the finished design.

An example of a good request:
“Hi, I would like to have a floral wreath made. I really like lilies, so please include those in the wreath. Inside the wreath I would like it to say (line one) Mr. and Mrs., (line two) Anderson, (line three) 07/10/2022. Maybe include a heart as well. I would like a cursive readable font please :)”

An example of a bad request:
“Hi, please make a floral wreath for my wedding with our names and design date inside.”


How long does it take before I get my file?
I will send you the artwork after 3-7 days if I have no questions for the order. If I have questions, it will depend on how quickly you get back to me. If you are on a deadline, message me and ask about my availability before you purchase the design.

I do reserve the right to refund you, if I feel like I cannot create the design that you wish. In this case, I will let you know asap.


What if I am not happy with the design?
I want you to be happy with the design, so I will work with you to change it to your liking, but everything within reason. I offer to make tree changes to the design, after that, each change will be at an additional cost. The clearer you are about what you want, the easier it is for me to make that for you. If I get an unclear request or you change your mind about the design direction along the way, it will be difficult for me to make you happy. I cannot offer refunds when a design has been made - but message me ahead of time and let's talk about your wishes, then I am sure we can get a great result.


What about license?
For a custom design you automatically obtain a normal license, which allows you to use the design up to 30 times. If you want to use the design more than that, please look at the license section for more information on commercial licenses.
For a private custom designs, you automatically have extended commercial license.

What can you not do with the design:
- You cannot claim the design as your own.
- You cannot claim the exclusive copyright of the design.
- You cannot resell the design file as is, or with modifications.
- You cannot sell, share, gift or otherwise give away any digital files.
- You cannot upload designs to Print on Demand websites. (unless you have an extended commercial license )
- You cannot resell the design as any kind of digital file.
